Reverb11 – Day 6 – Yoga

6 Dec

Today’s prompt for Reverb11.

6. Ease
What can you do to add ease to 2012?

I can get off my derriere and restart my yoga. I did it for two or three months earlier this year and it was amazing. The lightness, the calm, the energy;  yoga is THE bee’s knees.

Why did I stop? Somehow my left ankle got injured while navigating an uneven footpath and I couldn’t do the stretches anymore. You know how it is when you fall off the wagon on exercise, you take forever to get back on it. That said, I’m sure I’ll hop back on before we ring in 2012. I hope. *digits crossed* Could definitely do with the buzz and flexibility to liven up my days. 😉

You remind me that I need to get back into Yoga (and Zumba!) too. My body and spirit would both thrive on it!

So glad I found you via our Reverb Facebook group today!

@Julie: Wow, Zumba sounds amazing. I've heard a lot about it but never attended a class or anything. Maybe I should it out…

@Meaggie: I so envy you right now. How awesome is your job? 😀
